Products

Where are the products designed and manufactured?

CLEAN CODER CLUB was founded in Germany. The designs are created by passionate coders to express love for code.

We also attach great importance to responsible and ethical production of our textiles. Our production partners are carefully selected and hold certifications such as GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, OCS, Peta, Fairtrade and Fair Wear to ensure our products are produced to the highest standards.

This results in the following characteristics of our textiles:

Environmental sustainability: By using organically grown materials according to GOTS and OCS standards, the environmental impact is reduced. As a result, our textiles are made free from harmful chemicals and pesticides.

Social Responsibility: Our production partners, who are Fairtrade and Fair Wear certified, offer fair working conditions and appropriate remuneration for the people involved in the manufacture of our products. This contributes to a fairer and more sustainable textile industry.

Sustainable materials: By using recycled materials according to the GRS standard, the use of new resources is reduced and thus contributes to reducing the amount of waste.

No animal exploitation: Our production partner for hoodies and shirts is PETA-certified. This means that the garments are free from any animal components and that no animals have ever suffered through the production.

Safety and health: The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification ensures that our products are free from harmful substances. This means you can wear our garments without hesitation as they pose no risk to your health.

How do I find the right size for me?

To make it easier for you to find the perfect fit, we have included a size chart on every product detail page. Simply click on the size chart link to view measurements for each size. It is important that you take your own measurements and compare them to the size chart to determine the best size for you. If you need additional help, don't hesitate to contact us, we're happy to help.

How do I care for my clothes?

To ensure that your products remain in good condition, we recommend that you follow the care instructions on the relevant product detail page. In addition, we summarize the essential information here (especially for our t-shirts and hoodies):


  • the textiles are best washed with a normal wash cycle at 30 degrees

  • do not use bleach and use a color and mild detergent

  • wash only with textiles of the same colour

  • For the sake of your wallet and the environment, do without the tumble dryer, which also protects the textile

  • Do not iron too hot, maximum 110 degrees, and do not iron directly on the motifs (iron motifs inside out)

  • The textile can shrink up to 5% during washing

  • Linting of the textiles is possible during the first few washes

What materials are the products made of?

Our products are all made from high-quality, sustainable materials. We only use organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester and natural raw materials. In addition, our textiles are certified (see first question).

Sustainability is a core value at CLEAN CODER CLUB and we are committed to using environmentally friendly materials in all of our products. Our organic cotton is grown using methods and materials that have a minimal impact on the environment, and our recycled polyester is made from post-consumer plastic bottles to keep waste out of landfill and reduce our environmental footprint. We believe fashion can be stylish and sustainable, and we strive to create products that are both stylish and environmentally friendly.

Order & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order after I've already placed it?

As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can change your order (e.g. change the shipping address) and we will do everything in our power to fulfill your request. Since our orders are processed very quickly, you should contact us as soon as possible by email or via our contact form.

Which payment methods are offered?

We currently offer the following payment options:

PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We are working on offering more alternative payment methods in the future. We are also happy to collect your feedback on preferred/other payment methods via our contact form.

I have not received an order confirmation.

An order confirmation usually comes within a few minutes after the order has been fully completed. If you haven't received it, check the spam folder of your email inbox. In exceptional cases, the order confirmation can be delayed by up to 24 hours due to system overload. It should be noted that the purchase contract is only concluded with the shipping confirmation and not with an order confirmation. The order serves only as an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We offer a 14-day return period, during which you can return your order without giving a reason. Please use our returns portal for this.

Shipping & Returns

How long does delivery take?

The normal delivery time within Germany is approx. 3-5 working days. Within the EU, delivery times of approx. 7-10 working days can be expected. In individual cases, shipping may be delayed. If you are waiting longer than 10 days for your order, please use the contact form to get in touch with us. At special times, such as Christmas, shop openings or discount campaigns, there may be delays due to the generally increased demand.

With which shipping service provider will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped with DHL.

How can I track my delivery?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number when your product is shipped. Sometimes this email ends up in the spam folder, or sometimes the tracking number link doesn't work either.

How are the textiles shipped?

For the sake of the environment, we do not use individual plastic packaging. The items in an order are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a secure shipping carton.

How can I return a product?

Please submit your return via our returns portal . You will then receive further information about the return. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment. You can read our return policy there.

What happens to my refund if I have used a discount on a purchase?

Our discounts are subject to conditions that you must meet in order to be able to apply them to your order - we communicate these in connection with the publication.

Our discounts are tied to a specific quantity of items or a specific amount you must spend to receive the discount. If you place an order with a discount code and then return an item and this results in your order no longer meeting the terms of the discount code, the refund may be adjusted or not granted.

Here is an example of how a refund could be adjusted:
Code: Free shipping with a purchase value of at least €100
Purchase value of your order: 110€
Returned item: 30€

Since the returned item reduces the total amount of your purchase (from €110 to €80), the minimum order value for the discount promotion (in this case €100) is no longer reached. For this reason, the refund will be adjusted to reflect this. So the free shipping discount you received will be removed. This means that in this case you will be refunded €30 - €4.90.

If the conditions of the discount are still met after your return, you don't have to worry. Otherwise, please pay attention when you send something back.
