To start the returns process, create a request for the relevant order in your customer account.

Returns within and outside of Germany are subject to a fee.
How can I return my order?
1) Log in to your account and select the order for return.
2) Select the items from your order that you would like to return and start a returns request.
3) As soon as the request has been approved by us, you will receive an email with further information.
4) When we receive your return, it will first be checked.
5) As soon as the return has been checked and accepted, you will be refunded within 14 working days via the originally used payment method.
Return Policy :
You can return the ordered items within 14 days of receipt of the shipment if the following conditions are met:
1) Items must be unworn in their original condition with no signs of wear.
2) The labels must not have been removed.
3) Items must be in their original packaging.
4) We can only refund the returned items that have been declared through the returns portal.
*Please note: If your return does not comply with our returns guidelines, we will inform you via e-mail and send the goods back to you.
**Discounts applied will be adjusted for partial refunds. If the returned items lower the total amount of your purchase and the minimum order value for a discount promotion is no longer reached, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect this. For example, if you place an order worth €110, receive a free shipping discount, but then return products worth €30, the minimum order value for the discount promotion (in this case €100) will no longer be reached.
